Our Bonded Services
Standard Service - For our North Fork customers, we visit and examine your home once a week
for $150 a month. However, we will also visit your home daily in severe weather or when we otherwise determine
it is warranted. Additionally, you receive two hours
of free (a $90 value) "handyman"/concierge service a month
(see "Agreement" for details).
For our South Fork customers in Southampton and west, we visit and examine your home once a week for
$200
a month. For our Shelter Island and South Fork customers east of Southampton, we visit and
examine your home once a week for $300 a month. Shelter Island and South Fork customers do not receive two free hours of
"handyman"/concierge service a month.
Tailored Service - A customized plan to meet your personal schedule and needs. Cost: TBD
With each service, we provide a follow up email or a phone call at your discretion. Alternatively, we can contact you only if we discover anything that might be a concern.
Our examination includes: A walk through your residence's interior; confirm your home is at the correct temperature; look for any sign of water damage; check electrical system is working; review the grounds for proper maintenance; examine your refrigerator’s temperature; check doors/windows; look over your home’s exterior; and bring in the mail and any delivered phonebooks, packages, etc.

Non-Medical Senior Assistance - Let us be your Second Son when you need help around the house - no job too big or too
small.North Fork Caretaker’s hourly “caretaker"/concierge
only service (without requiring a monthly home minding contract) is singularly available to our Senior clients. Please
see a further description of this service by clicking the navigation button, located on the left side of the screen, titled
"Services."
