Alarms are a useful feature, but they cannot replace the eyes, ears and nose of a human being looking after the well being of your home: A leaky roof, a burst water pipe, a faulty refrigerator, a furnace puff back, a broken lawn sprinkler head, pest infestation, storm preparation.
When you come to your North Fork home, the last thing you want to deal with is something broken or damaged. North Fork Caretaker provides various levels of on-site examination with a telephone or email follow-up to ease your mind. Should we discover any issue that requires attention, we are your local handyman - any small project we can handle personally. We email you a picture and, if you approve, take care of it. For larger jobs, we can provide a list of recommended contractors.
AVAILABILITY
We work for you. As we have numerous clients, we can't always be immediately available, however we will always return your call the same day you've contacted us. Our cell phone is never off. You don’t need to be concerned about bothering a neighbor.We provide house minding (sometimes called house watching, home watch, home watching, property management or valet) services to Greenport, Cutchogue, East Marion, Laurel, Mattituck, New Suffolk, Orient, Peconic, Southold, Riverhead, Jamesport, Aquebogue, Baiting Hollow, Calverton, Manorville, Northville, Wading River, Flander, East Quoque, Quogue, Northampton, Flanders, Hampton Bays and Westhampton.
WHEN YOU’RE IN TOWN (AND WHEN YOU’RE NOT IN TOWN TOO): CONCIERGE SERVICES  For a standard $45/hr door to door fee, we can provide any reasonable service
to our NFC customers. Need groceries purchased and
stocked in your refrigerator? Water your plants? Someone to accept delivery of a package or let contractor into your house? Maybe you are stuck in the city
and you want your boat gassed, beer and food in the cooler; ready to go at 6 a.m. the next morning? Or you
are having a dinner party and you need your house cleaned
afterwards? Someone to visit Town Hall to get your beach parking permit? Drop your car off for service?
Forgot your Blackberry and need it FedEx’ed to your office? Start your car? We will take care of
it. |
